Tyler Brooks is Senior Counsel at Thomas More Society. He has represented states in suits against the federal government and other parties in high profile litigation, including employees discriminated against because of their religious beliefs and pro-life sidewalk counselors. Tyler received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006 and went on to serve as a judicial law clerk to a United States District Judge in the Western District of Tennessee from 2008 to 2011.
