Biography
Tyler Brooks is Senior Counsel at Thomas More Society. He has represented states in suits against the federal government and other parties in high profile litigation, including pro-life sidewalk counselors, ministries, and employees discriminated against because of their religious beliefs. Tyler received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., Class of '06) and is an alumnus of Wake Forest University (B.A., Latin, Class of '03). Afterwards, he went on to serve as a judicial law clerk to a United States District Judge in the Western District of Tennessee from 2008 to 2011.
