The Donor Engagement Specialist at Thomas More Society will develop and implement strategies to engage and retain mid-level donors, create major donor proposals, and support the Development Directors with research and event management. This role involves managing donor communications, overseeing database accuracy, and promoting legacy giving initiatives, while enabling the Development Department to track revenue and ROI. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a commitment to the mission of TMS.

The Processing Specialist will be responsible for accurate data entry into the donor database.

The Communications Director is responsible for leading all TMS external communications: preparing media pitches and writing press releases; cultivating media relationships; developing media plans for cases; fostering client relations; coordinating interviews; monitoring TMS’ media presence; proactively planning media opportunities and placements; and assisting in communications to donors and other stakeholders as needed.
