If confirmed, the Thomas More Society believes that Judge Brett Kavanaugh's high court decisions will be good for life, family, and religious liberty.

We look forward to his confirmation and anticipate that he will distinguish himself in his time on the high court.”

Bath added, “In the wake of Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement, we have anticipated the President’s nomination of someone with a clear, consistent, and rock-solid record on the issues that matter the most. We have been looking for a Justice who will keep an open mind in every case and strive to preserve our Constitution and the American rule of law. We believe that Judge Brett Kavanaugh is that Justice.”
