"Signs of Human Life" is a reflection on the value of human life, especially our most vulnerable. This reflection attempts to counter the culture of death's desire to dehumanize the marginalized in our society.

Only death will destroy me on earth

I am wonderfully created with unique human DNA directing my development

I am carrying on the activities of life consistent with my stage of development

I have been photographed

I have a separate identity distinct from my parents

I have male/female chromosomes

I depend on others for survival

I can be frozen for years and still survive in my youngest stage of development
