Nebraska’s Lieutenant Governor Mike Foley debuted his podcast series by interviewing Thomas More Society Counsel Michael McHale. The Lieutenant Governor and attorney McHale discussed a case heard in March 2020 by the United States Supreme Court, June Medical Services L.L.C., et al. v. Rebekah Gee, Secretary, Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. The lawsuit challenges the right of a state to require abortionists to have hospital admitting privileges and also considers if an abortion vendor can sue on behalf of its potential clients.
