Thomas Olp serves as Executive Vice President at Thomas More Society. A magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, Olp earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center.
Olp began his legal journey with the National Labor Relations Board and later honed his expertise as a labor and employment lawyer with Montgomery Ward. From 1985 to 1994, he practiced in Washington, D.C. as a partner at a high-profile law firm.
Joining Thomas More Society in 2007, Olp initially provided pro bono legal services before becoming a board member in 2014. Since 2015, he has worked as a full-time attorney, managing cases across Illinois and beyond, with a focus on pro-life advocacy and religious freedom.
