Nathan Loyd serves as Staff Counsel at Thomas More Society, where he passionately defends life, liberty, and constitutional rights. Loyd earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.A. in Theology and Bioethics from Holy Apostles College and Seminary. Transitioning to law, he graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020.  

Before joining Thomas More Society, Loyd served in the U.S. Air Force and continues his service in the Air Force Reserves. His diverse background also includes leadership as president of a nationwide hybrid-homeschooling association, serving over 1,000 children. He resides with his wife and seven children in Georgia.
