Financial Disclosures

We carefully steward your donations to maximize their impact.

The Thomas More Society is committed to efficiency and transparency. We communicate with our supporters, donors, and prospective donors by email, postal mail, phone, and other means, both to request contributions to our cause and to educate our supporters and the public about our work and issues related to our mission.

These efforts help advance our mission to restore respect in law for life, family, and religious liberty. As a result, in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) guidelines and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidance, the Thomas More Society allocates a portion of our fundraising costs to program services. As a nonprofit organization that is exempt from federal taxation, we ensure our donors’ money is spent as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The Thomas More Society will not trade, rent, or sell any donor information to any organization that uses such information for commercial purposes or gain. From time to time, the Thomas More Society makes portions of its donor mailing lists (name and street address only) available for one-time exchange use by other selected pro-life non-profit organizations to help us grow financially and to help build the pro-life movement.
Our supporters have the option to exclude their information from any lists that we exchange. Please contact us so we can honor your request to opt out of such exchanges, or if you wish your gift to remain anonymous.
