SYNOPSIS
Twenty-eight years, three visits to the United States Supreme Court, and the multi-billion-dollar abortion industry leveraging all of its power to stop one man from proclaiming that LIFE, all LIFE matters…This is Fighting for Life: The Story of NOW v. Scheidler. This new documentary gives an enlightening look at the man who stood up for the right to advocate for life and decry abortion and the attorney who risked everything to defend him. Roe v. Wade legalized abortion in 1973, but on April 29 2014, with final court action in an almost three-decade lawsuit, Joe Scheidler and Tom Brejcha solidified the right to speak out against the killing of preborn children. This film is the story of a hero who preserved the right to publicly defend life, and the birth of the Thomas More Society, the national not-for-profit law firm that upholds that right today in courts across America.

I've never seen a group of attorneys fight harder for their clients and for the unborn than those who are with Thomas More Society.
I was sitting next to Tom Brejcha in the courtroom as I recall and when Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Martin Luther King would’ve been a racketeer, I said, “we got it.” And he said, “All we need is five.”
